News Archive | Assisted Living Business Report, March 1999 California: Riverside County and Integrated Care Communities (Moreno Valley) are temaing up to build a $10.1 million senior long term care facility newar a regional hopital in Moreno Valley. The 62,000 square-foot facility will consist of eight buildings and is schedlued for completion in early 2000. It will create 170 full time jobs and provide 60 nursing home beds and 60 assisted living beds. It will sit on property owned by the Riverside County Regional Medical Center.
